There is an abundance of quality parks in Glebe, yet Bicentennial Park appears to be more kid-friendly. Perfect for families with dogs. A great locale to arrange a family picnic. The play equipment is diverse and varied, making way for a never a dull moment kind of experience for kids. Parents also get involved with little ones on the see-saws.
Teenagers enjoy playing sports such as football, cricket and soccer here. The park provides ample parking, and occasionally ice cream can be purchased at a Mr Whippy ice cream van or similar. This park is also right near the tram line to Lilyfield, and the 433 bus series drops you right outside this park.
Bicentennial Park is situated in Glebe, right near Rozelle Bay and Annandale.
