You can also feed the kangaroos – simply buy some food when you enter the park, then head straight over to the kangaroo enclosure. At only $2 per bag, the feeding experience is definitely worth it.

The park is open 9am to 5pm daily and free parking is available near the entrance. Entry to the park is $26 for adults and $15 for kids.

For lunch, the park has a kiosk, which serves not only snacks, drinks, ice creams, but also sandwiches and hot meals. Alternatively reserve a BBQ prior to your arrival and you can cook your own lunch.

If you have a group of friends, you can organise a guided tour. Booking forms are available on the Koala Park Sanctuary website.

Staff at the park are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. If you have friends visiting from overseas, it’s definitely a must visit, as it is one of very few places in Sydney, where you can really interact with the animals.

Koala Park Sanctuary can also host your children's birthday party. For more information, contact them by email or via their website.

If you are travelling by public transport take the train to Pennant Hills Station. Cross over railway line and join Glenorie Bus routes 651 to 655. The bus takes about 10 minutes to Koala Park.
