Play with Food is an interactive healthy eating program suitable for children aged 18 months to 7 years. The classes are divided into the following age groups:

- 18 months to 3 years
- 3 to 5 years
- 5 to 7 years

Play with Food programs focus on children having fun with their food, exploring with their senses, singing and laughing while parents take home meaningful lessons that they can recreate to encourage a healthy diet.

During class the focus is solely on fruit and vegetables, however, all take home lessons can be applied to any foods (like meat, dairy and cereals). The classes go for 45min each and include the following lessons:

Rainbows - meal and snack scheduling

Pat-a-cake - the family meal concept

Pirates - expanding on what children already eat

Rabbit’s garden - Australian nutrition guidelines for children

Animal Safari - breaking down barriers to eating with play

Shapes (or on the farm) - food jagging explained

Helping Others - sneak-up strategies and reviewing the steps to eating hierarchy

Party! - division of responsibility explained

The signature 8-week program runs at specific locations during school terms around Sydney. They can also run one-off programs tailored to the needs of OOSH (Out of School Hours) groups, community health programs, playgroups and daycare centres throughout Sydney and Brisbane.
