Description: Wannabees has the usual indoor playground with climbing frame and slides - it also has hoppers and obstacles. However, what Wannabees has that makes it so impressive is a whole town of imaginative play.
Dress up as a doctor and play in the hospital (Maternity ward of course), or a GP in the consulting room. There's a police station with hats and a jail. A supermarket, where you can shop or run the cash register. A beauty saloon, and at certain times you can even get some real nail polish put on. There's a café, where you can be the chef or the waitress, or the customer. The fire station is my favourite, where you can climb the ladder and slide down the pole, or put out the fire with real water.
Plenty of hats and coats to go round, if you want to look the part. Make sure you visit the green screen room, where you duck from planes and swim with sharks, all on the little TV.
For an extra fee, you can go rock climbing and abseil down the wall.
Throughout the day there are scheduled activities - a fashion parade, a disco and so on.
Excellent fun for kids to dress up and explore. No matter where you live, this place is worth making the effort to visit. Make sure you bring your camera!
