A new company, 'Inspired Kids Australia' is helping children to become resilient and more mindful in their everyday lives. They run 'Workshops that celebrate and support happy, creative and resilient kids'. Covering topics such as:

- Meditation
- Self Confidence and esteem
- Coping with stress and change
- Anxiety Busters
- Problem Solving
- Positive Thinking
- Friendships and communication
- Dealing with Bullying and more

These workshops are interactive and fun. Run by a Paediatric Neuropsychologist and a Childhood Educator, former Nanny and Mum they are perfect for children aged 6-11 years old. This is a unique opened ended program based on the children's needs and interests. Which helps children to deal with their emotions, to self calm, self soothe, build confidence and hope for the future.

Seeing counselors, psychologists and any specialists can be very expensive for families so these workshops are a great value and less expensive alternative. The sessions run once a week during school terms and one whole terms enrollment is the cost of just one visit to a specialist, making it super affordable.

Each session runs for one hour at a time in a small group. Currently these workshops are held in Castle Hill, with more new locations coming in the near future around Sydney.

Using crafts, games, brainstorming sessions and activities these workshops make children feel good and that they are a part of a special group. A group in with which they can share their worries and concerns in a comfortable and supportive environment. A place where they are given the tools, real techniques and thinking strategies to cope with life's ups and downs.

Inspired Kids Australia also sells their own audio meditations that you can use in the comfort of your own home. These are available for purchase on the website and free samples are also available.
