On a recent trip into the City, my family of four enjoyed a full day out taking advantage of both rail and ferry trips for just $10.00.

Sydney boasts one of the worlds best public transport systems so the possibilities are endless on how you can spend your Sunday.

Our itinerary included a return train ride from Central Station to Circular Quay where we enjoyed a play at the Botanic Gardens and some shopping at The Rocks markets. We followed that up with a ferry ride to Watson's Bay for a some fish and chips and ice creams on the water's edge.

This is one excellent deal to help families stretch their budget a little further.
