Wondering how to keep your children occupied during the school holidays? Head over to The Entertainment Quarter for a day of fun and adventures. You will find plenty to do for kids of all ages, while you enjoy a relaxing coffee at one of the many cafes and restaurants.

Flymotion

Let your children become daredevils at the bungy trampoline and walk on water at bubbles of fun. Open Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and every day during school holidays from 10am to 4pm. Check out Flymotion website



Plaster Painting Studios

Open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm, your children will love exploring their creative side. With over 300 plaster figurines, money boxes, picture frames to choose from, they will be kept busy for hours. You can drop in any time – paint, brushes, smocks, glaze and glitter are all provided. The Golden Ridge Animal Farm

Fluffy, fury, feathery and cute animals come to the EQ Village Markets on Wednesdays from 9.30am – 1.30pm and Saturdays from 10am – 2pm. Entry is $5 per person.

Monkey Mania

A great indoor children’s play centre with jumping castles, kiddies go-karts and toddler area. The centre is open 7 days a week and is ideal for kids aged 1-12 years. More information at Monkey Mania website



Planet Entertainment Jumping Castles

If your kids are full of beans and need to burn off excess energy, then jumping castles are perfect. Open from 10am – 4pm every day during the school holidays and on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays during school term, you will find many different jumping castles suitable for kids of all ages.

Strike Bowling Bar

Big Air School
Watch stunT shows by some of Australia’s best action sport athletes, listen to live DJ music, get involved in trick competitions and participate at the many workshops. Kids will be able to try out some of the ramps on BMX bikes, scooters and skateboards. You can hire the equipment or bring your own. Just make sure you don’t forget the helmet. The Entertainment Quarter has a great enclosed and sheltered playground, suitable for younger children and plenty of open space for kids to run around or ride their scooters. On a rainy day, you can catch a movie at the Hoyts Imax theatre.
